Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Feal Fruits Inbox ("the App"), operated by Feal Fruits. By creating an account or connecting an Instagram account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The App lets businesses and creators receive and reply to Instagram Direct Messages of their Instagram Professional account in a web inbox, using the official Meta Instagram API. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the Instagram Professional account and Facebook Page you connect.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the Instagram Terms of Use, the Instagram Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms and all applicable laws. In particular you must not:
- send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or messages outside the messaging windows allowed by Meta (a reply is generally allowed within 24 hours of the customer's last message);
- send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content;
- attempt to access other users' data, bypass security, or reverse-engineer the App;
- use data obtained through the App for advertising, profiling, resale or any purpose other than replying to your customers.
4. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of your messages. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them solely to operate the App. You are the controller of your customers' personal data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it; we act as your processor.
5. Meta platform dependency
The App depends on Meta's APIs. Features may change or stop working if Meta changes its APIs, permissions or policies, or if Meta restricts your account. We are not responsible for such changes.
6. Disconnection and termination
You can disconnect Instagram from within the App, remove the App from your Facebook/Instagram settings, or request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. On termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feal Fruits is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change and continued use means acceptance.
